Benefit Concert, Silent Auction and Museum Expo
June 4, 2011 3-9pm RGV-Wing Hangar and Museum, Brownsville, TX The Rio Grande Valley Wing of the CAF and the Brownsville Barnstormers will be hosting a benefit concert, silent auction and museum expo at the CAF hanger on June 4, 2011. Our hearts and prayers have been with the Franklins since the very moment we saw there was a problem with the engine, so we’re doing what we can to help this brave and talented young couple. We are currently collecting items for the silent auction. If you would like to donate any items to help raise money for Kyle and Amanda, please send us an email to webmaster@rgvwingcaf.com, or contact Jeanne Hughston at (956) 371-8010. We are also trying to work out a way to allow supporters of Kyle and Amanda to bid on the silent auction items online, before and during the event. We will continue to post the latest details on the Franklin Flying Circus Facebook page, as well as on the Air Fiesta Facebook page. The event will take place from 3pm-9pm on June 4, 2011. We will have live music, flying, food, drinks and a silent auction. There will also be a bloodmobile on site from 3-7pm, where we will all be able to donate in Amanda's name. Come join us and help us help the Franklins! |
